Understanding mahjong888 Bonus Rollover Requirements

One of the most common points of confusion for online players is bonus wagering requirements. At mahjong888, we believe every member deserves to clearly understand how their bonus works before making any deposit or claim decision.

Wagering requirements mean you need to use your bonus credits to play a set number of times the bonus value before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 5× wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM500 in bets using those credits.

Wagering Requirement Calculation Example
Bonus Received RM100
Wagering Requirements 5×
Required Wagering Amount RM500
After Wagering is Complete Withdrawable

All bonuses at mahjong888 carry wagering requirements between 3× and 10×, depending on the promotion type. This is among the lowest rates in the Malaysian online gaming industry. The timeframe to meet wagering requirements is also set at a minimum of 7 days, giving you ample time to play without pressure.

Responsible Gaming at mahjong888: All promotions and bonuses at mahjong888 are for entertainment purposes only. Do not use bonuses as a reason to spend beyond your means. mahjong888 encourages you to set daily deposit and loss limits through your account settings. If you feel that gaming is starting to have a negative impact, please visit Responsible Gaming page us. All promotions are for users aged 18 and above only.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About mahjong888 Promotions

Answers to the most frequently asked questions by mahjong888 members about bonuses and promotions.

Yes, most mahjong888 promotions can be combined. For example, you can receive the weekly rebate while also earning double reward points on Wednesdays and Thursdays. However, there are certain promotions that cannot be combined – details will be clearly stated in the terms of each relevant promotion.

The wagering period for most bonuses at mahjong888 is between 7 and 30 days, depending on the promotion type. The Welcome Bonus has a 14-day period, while reload bonuses have a 7-day period. These timeframes are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. If the period expires, any bonus balance that has not met the requirements will be automatically forfeited.

The 8% weekly rebate at mahjong888 is calculated based on your total wagering for the week – not just your losses. This means even if you end the week with winnings, you still qualify for a rebate on the total amount wagered. This makes the mahjong888 rebate fairer and more rewarding than other platforms that only calculate rebates on losses.

VIP tiers at mahjong888 are upgraded automatically based on your total cumulative deposits since registration. No special sign-up or application is required. The system verifies your VIP tier in real time and new benefits are activated immediately once the threshold is reached. You can check your VIP tier progress at any time in the "Profile" section of your mahjong888 account.

If the wagering period expires before the requirements are met, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited by the mahjong888 system. However, any winnings already achieved using your real cash (not bonus funds) will remain in your account and can be withdrawn as normal. mahjong888 will send a reminder via in-account notification 48 hours before your bonus period expires.

No. The mahjong888 refer-a-friend program has no limit on the number of referrals. You can invite as many friends as you like and will receive RM30 for every friend who successfully registers and makes their first deposit. However, each new account registered must use unique and genuine details – duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity will result in the bonus being voided.
